Work Experience:



  • After an internship in Podgorica Community Health Center and KCCG and passing the licensing exam, she worked as a general practitioner in an infirmary for adults and children and then as a clinical doctor in the Department of Nephrology in Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG).
  • She enrolled for the specialization in psychiatry in the school year of 2004/05 and passed the specialist exam on January 29, 2009 at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade.
  • She defended her master's thesis entitled "The impact of training and sports competition of a defined sports profile on different chronopsychophysiological personality types of athletes" on November 25, 2009 at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade.
  • She is a PhD student of doctoral studies at the Medical Faculty of the University of Kragujevac.
  • She has been an expert associate in the subject of psychiatry at the Medical Faculty of the University of Montenegro since 2011.
  • On November 2, 2018, she was appointed director of the Clinic for Psychiatry at Clinical Center of Montenegro, where until then she worked as a specialist in psychiatry - Department of Psychotic Disorders.
  • She has been a mentor for part of the field of psychiatry and a permanent court expert since 2015.
  • She was a participant in several congresses, seminars and symposiums in the country and abroad as an author and co-author of work studies in the field of psychiatry and related disciplines.
  • She has been the National Coordinator for Mental Health of Montenegro since 2016
    and a member of the commission for drafting the Action Plan for Mental Health Improvement in Montenegro in 2011
    as well as a member of the working group for drafting the Mental Health Strategy of Montenegro from 2019 to 2023.
  • She is also a member of the Ministry of Health Commission
    for the Implementation of ART Procedures, a member of the National Commission for the Development of Transplant Programs
    and Improvement of Organ Donation in Montenegro, as well as a member of the National Commission for Mental Health.
  • Delegate of the Medical Chamber of Montenegro in the previous term until 2021.
  • A participant in the IMPULSE-Horizon 2020 project approved by the European Commission.
  • Won the annual award for the results achieved in the category of KCCG physicians at specialization in 2006.

Education:



  • In Cetinje, where she finished elementary and high school and got the diploma "Luca"
  • She enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade in 1994/1995 and graduated on June 29, 2001.
